eTeleNext CMQ (Centralized Message Queue) is a universal interface engine that facilitates full communication and connectivity between LIS systems and other laboratory software and hardware such as medical devices, billing applications, other LIS’s, and remote laboratory and hospital systems. All references in this Agreement to the "Software" means eTeleNext CMQ, as modified for Customer. It does not include any other software or any other operating systems.

The following modules are included with the eTeleNext CMQ:

Communication: There are two levels of communication that Laboratories can pursue in order to enhance connectivity between their LIS and 3rd party hardware and software.

Level 1: One-way communication improves lab productivity by improving data quality, eliminating redundant data entry, duplicate labeling, and manual data entry for reporting purposes.

Level 2: Bi-directional communication between the medical instrument and the LIS will provide new advanced features, such as:

• Status updates
• Sample tracking
• Quality control
• CAP compliance
• Inventory management
• Maintenance
